Course Description:
The first module of this course is designed to help you understand the benefits of self-regulated learning and develop the skills needed to plan, monitor, and reflect on your learning and performance. The second module, underpinned by principles of neuroscience, is designed to empower you with increased motivation, confidence, academic resilience and independence. By the end of this course, you’ll have a comprehensive understanding of the science of learning, mindset and motivation and be able to use that knowledge to effectively regulate your learning and turbocharge your achievement in school or university.
